Temperature Controls is an independent, management owned manufacturer of temperature and level sensors. We design, machine, assemble and test in our own factory at Sefton, and supply from branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Manufacturing
Design, machining, mechanical assembly and testing are done at Sefton to the customer's specification. We machine thermowells and fittings in-house, on centre lathes, CNC lathes and a gun drill.

- Mineral insulated thermocouples from 0.5 to 12.7 mm diameter, sheathed in Inconel 600, 316 or 310 stainless steel
- Ceramic thermocouples for high temperature furnaces, base metal or noble metal, to 1800 °C
- Ceramic sheaths in alumina and Dimulit (Pythagoras) grades
- Transmitters fitted in the head
