Ex d, Ex e and Ex tD sensors
Thermocouple and RTD assemblies. Drawings include SD 558, SD 572, SD 575 and SD 576.
Ex ia sensors
Thermocouple and RTD sensors for intrinsically safe circuits. Drawings carry an Ex ia suffix, such as SD 050 Ex ia and SD 145 Ex ia.
Ex ia transmitters

Sensors in intrinsically safe circuits
Thermocouples with insulated junctions and RTD sensors supplied for Ex ia circuits are subjected to the tests listed here, and a certificate of test is supplied. The sensor carries a label.
Sensors must meet the dielectric strength requirement of AS/NZS 60079.11. Ask us which sensors in the price list can be supplied this way.
